Mich-Ohio Sportfishing Expo 2009 Exhibitor Contract
Rates
1 to 3 booth		$175 per booth
4 to 6 booth		$150 per booth
7to 12 booth		$125 per booth
Note the row for boats will be 20' maximum width for 2009

Boat Space		401 -800 sq ft $1.50 a sq ft

A) up to 20% of your booth/sq footage cost can be refunded if the vendor submits a completed contract with payment and donates (will need specific description) to a door prize prior to Oct 1, 2008. We are only looking for 16 total prizes, so only the first 16 vendors who turn in their 2009 contract prior to Oct 1, 2008, with payment and prize are eligible for this discount. Vendor must contact the Door Prize Coordinator to confirm!
B) up to a 10% of your booth/sq footage cost can be refunded if the vendor submits a completed contract with payment and donates (will need specific description) to a door prize (safety or walleye fishing related) for the Jim Territo Charity Detroit River Walleye Tournament (April 2009), after Oct 1st, 2008, but prior to Dec 1, 2008. We are only looking for 16 total prizes, so only the first 16 vendors who turn in their 2009 contract after Oct1st, 2008 and prior to Dec 1, 2008, with payment and prize are eligible for the discount. Vendor must contact the Door Prize Coordinator to confirm!
